With over 20,000 square feet, Villa Mandarinas in Puerto Vallarta is one of the largest private vacation homes offering spectacular venues for weddings and celebratory events. With luxurious, romantic nooks & magnificent views. We have hosted many weddings and other events! Our staff is ready to help you with any ideas you have for your wedding. Usually, the ceremony is held on the oceanfront terrace and the reception is held on our south terrace and garden areas for an unforgettable celebration with different scenarios!

Our villa features unique architecture, manicured gardens, three different pools for aquatic relaxation, and the beautiful backdrop of the jungle and the Sierra Madre mountains. Edging the emerald waters of the Pacific, we have The Ocean terrace which is ideal for ceremonies, The Bonfire Lawn is a sky-lit terrace ideal for dinner and dancing, the villa´s pier has seen many grooms arrive at the ceremony by boat!

Guidelines

The Villa Mandarinas in Puerto Vallarta is the perfect venue to celebrate weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, renewal of vows, family reunions, corporate retreats, yoga and wellness retreats.

Wedding Villa Experience

EVENT PLANNER

We will require an event planner for all celebrations in order to guarantee the best possible service. We work with all event planners and fully support their work with our in-house staff. Please note that the villa’s staff is there to serve the rental guests. they do not assist with event details including moving furniture, event set up , catering, or serving food and beverages.

WEDDING GALLERY
  • MINIMUM STAY; There is a 5 minimum night rental during the Peak Season/Nov.-Apr.
  • There is a 3-night minimum rental during the  Value Season/ May-Oct.
  • SEASONAL RATES FOR 7 BEDROOMS (THE MINIMUM REQUIRED TO HOST EVENTS): May 1-October 31 = $2,415 USD, November 1-April 30th $3,080 USD
  • EVENT FEE; Guests in residence only, rehearsal dinner $300 USD, It includes organizing by the in-house concierge that will assist with setting up and organization. It includes decor available at the villa and 3 portable folding tables, 26 chairs and an extra helper. This does not include any other special setups or ceremonies. (
  • Weddings  & events from 25- 50 guests: a fee of $1,900 USD will apply
  • Weddings & events  from 51- 80 guests: a fee of $2,900 USD will apply
  • Weddings & events 81 -110 guests: a fee of $3,500 USD will apply
  • Weddings & events  above  110 guests: a fee of $25.00 USD will apply per extra guests  with a maximum of 150 guests
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2,500 USD

Wedding Villa Experience
  • EVENT PLANNER; All events must be coordinated by a local event planner. Management must approve event planners
  • STAFF; The staff is there to serve the renters and does not participate in the wedding- catering service.
  • FIREWORKS; Fireworks are allowed but must be set off by the ocean-front and by an approved technician
  • QUIET HOURS; Villa Mandarinas is located in a residential area and music must be muted or very low by 1 am. From 1:00am-3:00am allowed up to 50% volume

COORDINATION

All events must be planned by a local event planner. Your event planner will oversee and is responsible the entirety of your event; whether it is the wedding ceremony, or the reception dinner and party, on behalf of the villa we will be there from start to finish to make sure the event runs smoothly and on schedule.
