Manmade Mexico Guadalupe Sanchez 672, Centro
Manmade Mexico. 442 likes. DEVELOPING MODERN MEXICAN DECOR WITH ARTISAN OF MEXICO Guadalupe Sanchez 672, Centro, Puerto Vallarta Tuesday-Friday 4-9 pm… Manmade Mexico is half gallery half boutique but predominantly a store for decorative accessories, with some clothing and shoes as well. The Mexican artisan pieces are jaw-dropping. The store feels like a mini-museum full of unknown artists with unique creations like intricate straw medallions from Michoacan, timeless ceramics presented in matte colors, pieces of furniture made with branches of fallen trees, tiles in subdued colors, and so much more beauty. Do not miss this one.
Serafina Basilio Badillo 258 Zona Romantica
Laura, the owner of Serafina, has had a few stores in Puerto Vallarta over the years. She has a great eye for details. Items come in daily, such as beautiful handblown glasses, Mexican napkins and tablecloths made in all colors of the rainbow, a vast selection of dresses from Oaxaca and Chiapas, a selection of traditional jewelry, and handmade paper flowers. I love how the flowers’ colors fade with time.
Maracuya opened recently and they are conveniently located between La Palapa Restaurant and El Dorado in the Zona Romantica. This is a higher-end boutique with a line of lovely casual wear made from linen, handmade straw bags, as well as jewels, leather items, and much more. This store is located in a beautiful setting and offers exceptional service.
Nautilus Olas Altas 402 Zona Romantica
This is a store full of goods that have stood the test of time, as classic beauties always do. Their beach-inspired items are very much in style right now. They sell simple and unique seashells, as well as items made of seashells. I love the seashell lamps and curtains. They are so cute and remind me of old Puerto Vallarta, which always makes me smile, a big reason for purchasing something here. This is not a fancy store, so your eye will have to work to spot the treasures!
Rolling Stone Leather Paseo Diaz Ordaz 802, Malecon
Rolling Stone has been here forever and I love it! They have every leather product you could imagine with all types of leather, including manta ray leather, which is beautiful and timeless. Prices are very reasonable and the selection of bags, shoes, and boots is immense.
This bright and colorful new store has an amazing collection of dresses and ceramics from Oaxaca, handmade furniture, art, and jewelry. I love the vibrant displays full of life. Go for a visit on Hidalgo St. the same street as the lady of Guadalupe Church.
PINATA MAKING Aquiles Serdan 335
This is not a store, but a home where the owner, makes amazing pinatas, and flowers, by hand. You can choose from what she has available or order and they have it ready in 24 hours. The prices will blow you away. They also have miniatures so you can take a small pinata in the plain to a loved one!
